Personal Branding
Project: Personal Brand Identity
This project was a deep dive into defining and designing my brand as a creative. I focused on creating a visual identity that reflects my personality as a designer. From logo design and typography to color palette and tone of voice, every element was chosen to align with my values and design approach: blending emotion with clarity, and creativity with intention.
Sketches
Here are my sketches. I want to definitely incorporate the “Z” part of my name, so I’ve created many different versions of “Z”. I was also thinking of shortening my name to “Zar” in some cases, such as the Geometric and 3D logos.
Color
I chose #004aad cobalt blue as my branding color because blue has always been my favorite, but I’d never picked a specific shade until now. This one feels bold, clean, and confident. It strikes a balance between energy and trust, which fits both my personality and design style.

Typography
I chose Clarendon BT and Myriad as my typefaces because they balance personality with clarity. Clarendon BT adds warmth and character with its bold, serif structure—great for headlines or statements that need impact. Myriad offers a clean, modern contrast that keeps things readable and approachable. Together, they reflect both the expressive and practical sides of my design work.
These are the initial digital drafts after I decided which design I wanted to move forward with. While the shaped “Z” was final in terms of design, I was still exploring and searching for the right typography to pair with it.

Final Logo
My final logo is built from basic geometric shapes that come together to form a stylized “Z.” I wanted the design to feel clean, modern, and intentional, almost like a puzzle. Each shape on its own is simple, but together they create something bold and recognizable. It reflects how I approach design: breaking things down, finding structure, and building with purpose.
